It is the primary responsibility of a Restaurant Assistant Manager to provide a pleasant, clean, safe and enjoyable environment for our guests and team members. Achieve restaurant operational objectives by supporting, contributing information and implementing management/proprietor’s plans. Prepare and complete daily service/action plans; oversee productive, quality, and customer-service standards; resolves problems; completes audits; determines system improvements; implements change when needed. Lead our service team and restaurant support staff by providing guidance, clarification, customer service and problem-solving skills with every task
The Host/Hostess job function is very quick paced. The Host’s main job responsibility is to promptly seat guests and keep alert to the dining phase of each party to ensure efficient and timely seating. Hosts play a critical role in the guest experience, from arrival at the start of the dining experience through departure.
The position we are seeking to fill is for experienced fine dining servers. The server's position is to be dedicated to exceeding the expectations of both internal and external guests to ensure that the highest level of service is consistently provided. The server role will be to provide excellent guest service with the support of the food runner and through teamwork with other dining room staff. The server will ensure the proper set up of the station and work areas assigned and the timely serving of food and beverage to all of his/her guests. The server will also offer support to all other colleagues in the restaurant, a team of professionals with a passion for food and beverage service and sales.
Polo Grill is looking for bussers and food runners. It is the primary responsibility of a Restaurant Support Staffer to ensure the restaurant is clean, food/beverages delivered to customers and all service stations are well stocked and maintained. Bussers and Runners also clear and re-set tables, setup and breakdown dining rooms and provide assistance to wait staff and customers as needed.
This is an hourly position. Hours that are most commonly available are evenings, weekends and holidays. Our Bartenders are responsible for meeting and exceeding the expectations of all guests. They are responsible for the setup and maintenance of bars and beverage stations and the clean-up and break-down of events. This is a fast paced position that will involve constant customer interaction and requires the ability to carry large, heavy objects on a continuous basis throughout a shift.
It is the primary responsibility of a Line Cook to prepare menu items, stock and prep kitchen stations, and maintain a clean, safe, sanitary and professional work environment. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, cutting meat or preparing sauces). Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.

General Responsibilities are to oversees all catering service operations and ensures that all service details are executed on time. Review Banquet Event Orders (BEO's) at the beginning of each shift to ensure room(s) are set as contracted. Confirm and setup A/V equipment needs to contract for the event. Responsible for the performance of the catering service staff, including direct supervision of catering servers, clearers, loaders, and housemen. Provides leadership to the staff in the absence of the Catering Manager.
Busy catering company is looking for banquet servers and bartenders. Part/time and Full/time work available. The position(s) will report to the Catering Manager and will partner closely with the Catering/Sales and Culinary departments to ensure the catering operations can meet the demands of the clients successfully. Hours that are most commonly available are evenings, weekends and holidays. Banquet Bartenders/Servers are responsible for meeting and exceeding the expectations of all guests.
It is the primary job of the Banquet Houseman to Clean and set the room(s) per the provided diagram. This includes: all tables, chairs, buffet tables, chaffers, and any audio/visual or other equipment needs. Gather all the plates, glasses and silverware per the banquet inventory sheet provided, and place in an appropriate area. e.: plates for hot food in the hot box, and glasses and silverware in the ballroom.
