Polo Grill and Bar/Fete Catering & Ballroom have a variety of private dining facilities able to accommodate private parties. In the main restaurant, we have three rooms available; the Private Dining Room (PDR), the Boardroom, and the Tack Room. For larger parties, we have the Ballroom and Florida Room which is catered by Fete.
Polo Grill Private Dining:
The PDR can accommodate up to 48 guests or can be divided in half and can accommodate up to 24 guests on each side. The Boardroom can accommodate up to 12 guests with board chairs or up to 15 with regular chairs and also offers a complimentary built-in-flat screen TV with connectors that you can use for your presentations. The Tack Room can accommodate up to 60 Guests, seated, or 90 guests cocktail style, depending on the setup and is geared towards parties with cocktail receptions and dinner, or mingling style events.
Special or limited menus can be selected from the restaurant's menu and printed for your guests at no extra charge with at least a 48 hour notice. Polo Grill offers A/V equipment for rent with advanced notice. While there is no room charge for the PDR, Boardroom, or Tack Room, there is a minimum spend fee.

Fete Catering Private Dining:
Fete Catering's Ballroom is an elegant venue that can accommodate up to 450 guests seated and accommodate more than 500 for a standing reception. The room may be divided to accommodate medium size groups of 70 to 150 guests.
In addition to the ballroom we also have the Florida Room, a 1400 sq ft dining room, which accommodates up to 70 guests, or may be divided to seat smaller groups.
